Let's say you are shipping from the Port of Oakland to Port of Kulang, Malaysia(see the above chart). The price of a 20ft container is $1950. If you time $1950 twice, it is a common sense that a 40ft container should cost $3900. However, it's not. It costs only $2450. You save more than $1000 US dollars. Ask your friend to buy cars together with you, so you can save more money on your vehicle.

A 40ft container can place up to 4 sedans based on the size of the automobile.
